A: We dispatch goods within 24 - 36 hours after cleared payment. Most orders can be expected to arrive 2 - 7 working days after dispatch depending on the delivery method used.
Q:I need my order quickly, do you provide next day delivery ?
A: Yes we are able to provide a next day delivery service if you need your order quickly. Please use the drop down menu in the shopping basket and select the Special Delivery option.
Q:My order has not arrived what do i do ?
A: If your order has not arrived 10 working days after dispatch we recommend that you check with your local Royal Mail Sorting / Delivery Office. The vast majority of our products are bulky & too large to fit through a letterbox so a quick call to your Delivery office is often all that is required to find a missing item. Please note that in our experience postal staff do not always leave a card if they are unable to make delivery.
If your item is not at the postal depot please contact us as soon as possible.
Q:I want to by more than one item. Can you offer a shipping discount ?
