Q: Are your prices inclusive of VAT ?

A: Our prices are not subject to VAT at present.

Q: When can i expect my order to arrive ?

A: We dispatch goods within 24 - 36 hours after cleared payment. Most orders can be expected to arrive 2 - 7 working days after dispatch depending on the delivery method used.

Q: I need my order quickly, do you provide next day delivery ?

A: Yes we are able to provide a next day delivery service if you need your order quickly. Please use the drop down menu in the shopping basket and select the Special Delivery option. Next Day Special Delivery orders must be received by 1pm.

Q: My order has not arrived what do i do ?

A: If your order has not arrived 10 working days after dispatch we recommend that you check with your local Royal Mail Sorting / Delivery Office. The vast majority of our products are bulky & too large to fit through a letterbox so a quick call to your Delivery office is often all that is required to find a missing item. Please note that in our experience postal staff do not always leave a card if they are unable to make delivery. If your item is not at the postal depot please contact us as soon as possible.

Q: I want to by more than one item. Can you offer a shipping discount ?

A: Yes we are always happy to give shipping discounts for larger orders. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

Q: Do you accept returns ?

A: Yes we offer a 7 working day return option. Please click here to view our full returns policy.

Q: Do you ship internationally ?

A: Due to the Airmail weight limit we are unable to ship outside the UK.
