Returns, Refunds and your right to cancel
We comply fully with United Kingdom DSR ( Distance Selling Regulations ) & all sales are covered by a 7 working day return/refund guarantee should a problem arise or you change your mind. If you need to return an item please contact us first in writing by email or post within 7 working days. If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original packing invoice within 7 working days, and we will offer you an exchange or full refund. The 7 day period begins the next working day after receipt of goods. In the event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original goods undamaged & in re-saleable condition ( unless the item was damaged or faulty upon receipt ).
Returned items must be sent using a trackable method & buyers are responsible for costs incurred when shipping non-faulty / undamaged products back to us.
Return shipping costs for faulty or damaged goods will be covered in full by us.
