Returns, refunds & your right to cancel
We comply fully with United Kingdom DSR ( Distance Selling Regulations ) & all sales are covered by a seven working day return/refund guarantee should a problem arise or you change your mind. If you need to return an item please contact us first in writing by email or post within seven working days. If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original packing invoice within seven working days, and we will offer you an exchange or full refund. The seven day period begins the next working day after receipt of goods. In the event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original goods undamaged and in re-saleable condition, unless the item was damaged or faulty upon receipt.
Returned items must be sent using a trackable method & buyers are responsible for costs incurred when shipping non-faulty / undamaged products back to us.
Return shipping costs for faulty or damaged goods will be covered in full by us.
Payment & Security
Our prices are not currently subject to VAT. Online payments are taken via our highly secure shopping cart with full 128bit SSL encryption. For added security Tizertech does not receive or retain any sensitive credit card or debit card information from online transactions.
All products remain the property of Tizertech until paid for in full.
Complaints
In the unlikely event that you need to make a complaint about one of our products or our service you can contact us in the way that is most convenient to you. We will respond to your complaint within 24 - 48 hours & do everything possible to bring the matter to an acceptable conclusion.
These terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
